How Victoria Mondloch Is Boosting Women’s Health

Having a passion for medicine and growing up here in Waukesha, Wisconsin, meant that it didn’t take me long to discover the fantastic Victoria Mondloch, a woman who has dedicated her career to women’s betterment’s health issues. In fact, after reading about her career from a young age, I decided very early on that Victoria J Mondloch would be someone whom I would look up. Over the years, she has provided me with a tremendous amount of inspiration in my endeavors. Dr. Victoria J Mondloch has inspired me and many other women here in Waukesha, and here is why.

Professionalism

Within her specializations as a doctor, Victoria Mondloch focuses heavily on internal medicine, obstetrics, and gynecology, something she always knew she wanted to pursue. At the first chance to choose which specialization she would have as a doctor, women’s medicine was always front and center in her mind, and this is why she has dedicated her career to helping women with a vast range of issues.

Women

Research

Not content with just helping out on the front line of patient care, Victoria Mondloch has dedicated significant amounts of her time to working with research and development centers. We often hear scientists from these centers crying out for more input from actual doctors. That is where Victoria has been truly exemplary, helping develop new techniques and treatments for women’s health issues.

Writings

Dr. Mondloch is a regular contributor to a local and national medical journals. She focuses heavily on female health, motivating to spread the word about more women’s issues. I have been an avid reader of her work for many years now, and I am sure thousands of more women have.

Community

Another example of how Victoria Mondloch reaches beyond the hospital is her work in the community and her help in rolling out community-based projects that seek to improve women’s health. Here in Waukesha, Wisconsin alone, we have seen drives that offer breast and ovarian cancer tests and use these vehicles to promote better women’s health. Without these community campaigns, many women would ignore their problems, and thanks to these programs, those women can get the care they need.

Leadership

Victoria Mondloch was never going to be another cog in the wheel, and ever since she began working as a doctor, she has been ambitious. This ambition has taken her to the hospital’s board level, where she is in place to affect the positive change she wants regarding female medicine. Having a seat on the board ensures that she is a crucial contributor to what goes on within the hospital, enabling her to affect change. A true inspiration and someone who seemingly has more hours in the day than the rest of us!
