You can keep it simple with a bit of weight lifting or, you can try strength exercises like push-ups, squats, and lunges.

Okay, yes, there is something to be said for everything in moderation. However, you should be careful with alcohol and junk food. Most healthy people try to live the 80/20 rule, which means 80% of the foods and drinks they enjoy are healthy ones, and the remaining 20 is where they get a little crazy. That doesn’t mean 20% of your diet should be deep fried fast food, though.
Never underestimate the power of sleep. The magic number for the average adult is seven hours. What you shouldn’t do is fall into that trap of telling everyone you don’t need more than four hours of sleep every night. You do, your body heals while you sleep, it stores information, processes memories, and recharges for the next day. A lack of sleep doesn’t just affect your concentration, focus, and ability to function. It can also affect the foods you eat when you’re tired you start to get stressed and your body craves foods high in sugars and fats. So, you can derail all of your good work by failing to get a good night’s sleep.
5.Get Active Daily
The general rule of thumb is that you should exercise at least four times a week and make those exercises around 30 minutes long. That doesn’t mean you can kick back and relax the rest of the week, though. No one is saying you need to go running on your off days, but you should stay active every day. So, on off days, why not take a walk? You may also want to try swimming or yoga.
